On June 4, 2026, we received an email regarding one of our Sprinter vehicles near Airport Trail and Barlow Trail NE in Calgary.

The complaint alleged reckless driving, unsafe lane changes, high beam flashing, and aggressive behaviour.

After receiving the complaint, we reviewed the vehicle information, the approximate time of the incident, and the available dashcam footage.

Based on our review, we did not observe the level of dangerous driving described in the complaint. However, we still responded respectfully and advised that we would speak with the driver regarding professionalism, courtesy, and safe driving expectations.
