AM PM Limo Terms and Conditions: Cancellation, Overtime, Charges and Booking Confirmations

When you book with AM PM Limo & Party Bus, we send you a detailed booking confirmation. It records your trip details, estimated charges, amount due, and terms and conditions. Please review both pages and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

Your reservation details

Your confirmation includes a confirmation number, booking date, trip date, service category, customer and passenger details, vehicle type, scheduled pickup and drop-off times and addresses, and any additional stops or trip notes entered on the reservation.

Your charges

The confirmation itemizes the base charge, GST, gratuity, and fuel surcharge. It then shows the estimated total, payments or adjustments, and amount due. Other applicable charges are shown when included in your reservation. Check the amounts on your own confirmation, since prices vary by booking.

Example: The sample confirmation shows a $100.00 base charge, $5 GST, $18.70 gratuity, and $8.5 fuel surcharge, for a total of $131.50. This illustrates how charges are displayed; it is not a quote for another trip.

Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions appear on the second page of the example confirmation. They cover:

• Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking avoid cancellation charges, except for reservations made or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, which are non-refundable. After the 24-hour grace period, a cancellation charge of 50% of the reservation total applies. The confirmation states that lost deposits can be used toward a future booking.
• Overtime: Overtime starts immediately after the contracted time ends and is billed in one-hour increments.
• Airport arrivals: The included waiting period after flight arrival is 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting is billed as overtime.
• Vehicle assignment: If the requested vehicle is unavailable, AM PM Limo may provide a similar vehicle with the same capacity and features without advance notice.
• Capacity and damage: Passengers must stay within the vehicle’s legal seating capacity. Customers are responsible for damage or unacceptable mess caused by their party; the terms specify a minimum $500 damage fee.
