Yes, all graduation packages require a 50% deposit upon making your reservation. If you need to cancel, the deposit goes into a future use credit for you.

We will always preauthorize the credit card on file for the remaining balance one day before your service. The actual billing will go through once the service is completed and we will email you the invoice.

Yes… but that’s not all. Control the volume of your tunes too! Who needs ear drums anyway?

Just open the Bluetooth settings in your device, ensure it is on, turn on the sound system in the limousine and connect the device when it pops up on your device!

We do not charge per stop or per kilometer. When you book your wedding package, just make sure to book adequate time to get to all your pickup/drop-off places and photo spots!

The most visited spots for photos are included in our blog post, The Best Views in Calgary. You are welcome to stop at any or all of these stops if enough time is reserved.

Yes, you certainly can! We recommend bringing along light, no-mess snacks for the best experience. Please remember, there is a cleaning fee for any mess left behind.

The most popular graduation package is 5 hours long, but our graduation packages start at 3 hours and can go as long as you need!

When you book packages of 5 hours or more, you can “split” your time. This allows you to use the first 4 hours for transportation and photos earlier in the day, then save your last hour for a safe ride home/after-party after the banquet.

To the moon! But honestly, anywhere you want to go! If you have specific photo locations you would like to go to, just let us know. We will be sure to add this to your itinerary so that the driver can plan your route!

If you need to cancel your booking, no problem. Your deposit will be kept on file for future credit use!

Your deposit is never lost! When you cancel a wedding package, your 50% deposit will be put on file as a future credit use. The exact dollar value will remain on file until you choose to use it. You can also pass it on to a friend or family member.

All bookings come with a base gratuity. However, this is shared among staff as every position plays a part in getting your limo service booked. If you have received great service, feel free to tip your driver in cash.
