Reservation Policy
To book a reservation with AM PM Limo, a credit card is required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.
- Debit Visa is accepted, but Debit Mastercard is not accepted.
Alternative Payment Option (If No Credit Card is Available)
- If no credit card is available, full payment of the trip must be sent via e-transfer to info@ampmlimo.ca before the reservation is confirmed.
- The payment must include a note specifying the reservation details to ensure it is applied to the correct account.
- E-transfer is highly discouraged and should only be used as a last resort.
Deposit Requirements:
- A deposit is required for Weddings and Graduations, as these are peak booking periods.
- For all other bookings, no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period will result in a 50% charge of the reservation total.
- Cancellations or new reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.
- Lost deposits can be applied toward a future booking.
- AM PM Limo is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns but will compensate for lost time on a mutually agreed future date.
Time Overage Policy
- Overtime charges apply immediately after the contracted time ends.
- Billing is in one-hour increments.
Airport Arrivals
- Domestic Flights: Driver will wait 30 minutes after flight arrival.
- International Flights: Driver will wait 45 minutes after flight arrival.
- Overtime beyond these periods will be billed accordingly.
Damages Policy
Clients are fully responsible for any damage to the limousine caused by them or their party during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Breakage, stains, smoking, vomit, or excessive mess.
- Destruction of materials inside the limousine.
A minimum damage fee of $500 will be charged for any damage deemed unacceptable by AM PM Limo. If the cost of repairs exceeds $500, the client will be charged accordingly for the full repair amount.
Additionally, AM PM Limo reserves the right to charge for downtime if the vehicle is out of service due to damages requiring repairs at a mechanic shop. This charge will be based on the estimated lost revenue for the period the vehicle is unavailable.
Seating Capacity Policy
- Clients must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the limousine.
- Overloading the vehicle is not permitted and may result in the termination of service without a refund.
Electronic Contract Acceptance
- Once a reservation is made, AM PM Limo will email a confirmation to the client.
- This confirmation serves as the contract, outlining all terms and conditions.
- By proceeding with the reservation, the client agrees to abide by these terms.
AM PM Limousine reserves the right to terminate service without a refund if a client fails to comply with these terms.
